How long does a home inspection take?
A standard 2BHK inspection typically takes 3–4 hours. Larger units (3BHK, 4BHK, or villas) may take 4–6 hours. We never rush — thorough inspection is our priority. Our inspector will stay as long as needed to check every parameter.
When should I book an inspection?
Ideally, book your inspection 2–4 weeks before the builder's proposed possession date. This gives you enough time to receive the report and negotiate with the builder before signing off. However, we can also inspect after possession if you've already moved in.
What does the inspection report include?
Our reports are 50+ pages long and include: colour photographs of every finding, defect severity (Critical / Major / Minor / Advisory), technical descriptions, measurement data, and recommended remediation actions. You'll receive a PDF report within 48-72 hours of the inspection.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
It's not mandatory, but highly recommended. Being present helps you understand the findings in real-time and ask questions directly. If you cannot attend (especially for NRI buyers), we provide a detailed video walkthrough along with the report.
Will you help me get defects fixed by the builder?
Yes! Post-inspection support is included in our service. We help you prepare a formal defect notice to the builder and guide you on follow-up steps. If needed, we also help you understand your rights under GujRERA for escalation.
